Proposed changes are as follows:

The Association will now be governed by an Executive Committee, consisting of the following officers with proposed post holders):

The Executive Committee shall have the power to co-opt additional members as required, with 3 members forming a quorum.

The rationale here is that it:

A) Changes titles as per directives from ECBACO and brings us in line with other counties.

B) Uses Education rather than Training and Performance rather than Grading as agreed best practice

C) All now known as officers not managers as per ECB directives

D) Adds a Welfare Officer - Absolutely vital. John Bigham does this role for his club and has agreed to cover.

E) Adds a Membership Services Officer - retention of ACO members is vital and needs focus, in addition the committee felt that Hunts ACO membership was not being treated seriously enough, and the £5 annual fee had only been paid by about 20 members when we have 70 on the books. John Wright has agreed to fill this role if we can find no-one else.

This assumes that all existing committee members are willing to stand again.
