This level is aimed at those individuals who are registered with member associations
who wish to make a further commitment to umpiring and will be involved in club cricket.
It would be recommended that all umpires involved in 1st X1 and some 2nd X1 league
cricket should be at least working towards this level. The content of the course
will include all of the Laws of Cricket but the emphasis of the assessment will be
